- Check-in after 14:00;
- Check-out by 12:00. The following fees are charged for late check-out: until 16:00 – BGN 50.00, after 16:00 the price of one night for the relevant type of room. Late check- out option is upon availability;
- For the right to use the all-inclusive program of the hotel, a bracelet must be worn;
- The all-inclusive program starts with an afternoon snack and ends with lunch on the check-out day;
- Using of the Relax zone is available only booking in advance
- In the case of early check-out, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED!!!

Terms of cancellation- up to 3 days before arrival day
Discounts for children and adults in extra bed as a percentage of the price
- Child under 3 y.o – free, optional baby cot( request in advance)
- Child from 3 to 11.99 y.o, with two adults on extra bed free accommodation( valid only for current offer)
- If Two adults are staying with two children from 3 to 11.99 years of age , the first child stays for free, for second child 20 Euro additional payment per day
- If one adult is staying with two children from 3 to 11.99 y.o. , must to be paid -75 % of the current price.
Cancellations
- Cancellations of confirmed reservations 7 days before arrival – free of charge.
- Cancellations after 3-rd day before arrival date will be charged 20% of the package amount.
- For no-show reservations the hotel – penalty of 50% of the amount
