- Beach Towel Policy: Daily replacement in exchange for a beach towel card, which must be returned on the day of check-out. In case of damage or loss, there is a 50.00 BGN / €25.55 damage fee.

- The following fees are payable if rooms are not vacated on time: until 16:00 - 50,00BGN / 25,56€, after 16:00 - the price of one night for the corresponding type of room.
- The right to use the All-inclusive package is closely linked to the hotel and requires the wearing of a wristband
- The All-inclusive package starts with a snack and ends with lunch on the day of check-out
- Hotel towels left unattended on pool sunbeds will be collected by staff without warning
- Please note that room towels will be replaced on a clean-for-dirty basis. If towels are missing from the room, the cleaning staff will not replace with new ones.
- In case of early check-out - THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED!!!
