The Team Behind the Menu
Chef Tsvetan is the head chef at Hotel Aquamarine. He oversees the kitchen daily – from menu planning and ingredient selection to coordinating the team.
Tsvetan and his team bring their experience into the kitchen every day, ensuring the dishes are prepared with care and consistency.
ORGANIC PRODUCE
In our own ORGANIC gardens we grow seasonal vegetables and fruits, ecologically grown, without nitrates and pesticides. We trust local organic producers and always select the best and best products, thus guaranteeing the quality of our dishes.
