Reservations and Accommodation

The management of "Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. undertakes to provide the services booked and paid by the client via online reservation in full quantity and quality according to the data provided by the client in the reservation form: client name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

All client requests filled in the 'Note' field in the reservation form will be accommodated whenever possible.

Only persons who have not reached the specified age by the date of arrival are accepted as children in the reservation.

Prices and Payment

The prices on the website of "Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. are in BGN, including VAT, tourist tax, and insurance. The total amount due from the client is automatically calculated depending on the number of days, number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the selected period.

For online reservations, a 30% prepayment of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking, either via debit/credit card or by bank transfer no later than the deadline specified after booking.

"Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and availability. For already confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change regardless of new offers presented.

Cancellations and Reservation Changes

In case of cancellation, non-use, or modification of a paid online reservation by the client, "Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. refunds the paid amount upon request, applying the corresponding penalty:

Reservation changes without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellations without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the date of arrival.

For changes or cancellations after this period, a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit is charged.

All transfer costs (bank fees and others) are borne by the client. Refunds due to cancellation are made within 30 days depending on the payment method, and amounts are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are used solely by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made in 3 different ways:

1. Electronically with a debit or credit card

   We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, or Maestro cards. Selecting this payment method opens a payment page of our servicing bank (DSK), where you enter your card details. If registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode schemes, an authentication page of your issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password. Upon successful transaction, a receipt appears on the screen, which you should print or save.

   Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

   To protect you from misuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we apply best practices recommended by international card organizations. Security during entry and transmission of card data is ensured using SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the bank’s payment page. Card authenticity is verified using the security code (CVV2). Additionally, the bank's e-commerce payment server supports Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes if you are registered. The reserved amounts will be automatically debited from your card upon completion of payment. The maximum payment amount by card is BGN 5,000.

2. By bank transfer

   The payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the deadline indicated after the reservation. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment document to reservation@aquamarine-kranevo.com, ensuring that the reservation number is included in the payment reference.

3. In cash, at the reception of "Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd.

   For reservations with a check-in date within the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose cash payment at the reception to speed up the reservation process.

   IMPORTANT! If the online reservation is not paid within the indicated period and, in case of bank transfer, a copy of the payment document is not sent, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the booking system. If you are unable to pay for an already made online reservation, please notify us at reservation@aquamarine-kranevo.com. Failure to do so allows "Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. to claim responsibility and penalties for unpaid reservations.

Refunds

If the client cancels their reservation under the above conditions, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the reservation.

Refunds paid via bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the card or bank account used for the payment. All bank fees for this transaction are borne by the client.

Rights and obligations of the parties

"Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. undertakes to provide the client with the full scope of services booked and paid for.

"Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. undertakes not to change the price of services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where economically justified.

"Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. is not responsible for damages caused by third parties.

Amounts for services booked but not fully or partially used due to the client’s fault are non-refundable.

The client is responsible for observing commonly accepted norms of good conduct during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are borne by the client.

"Sunny Group Hotels 1309" Ltd. reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms at any time. Although all efforts are made to provide accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

By making a reservation, the client is deemed to have read and agreed to these general terms. Reservations made by phone, email, or through our website constitute a contractual relationship. Payment is considered acceptance of the hotel’s general terms of stay.

For all disputes and legal issues not regulated by these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and arising in connection with the use of the website www.aquamarine-kranevo.com, the mandatory legal provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
